List of eligible auditors for the BSR exercise - 27 august 2021

ASF approved the list of eligible auditors in the context of  the auditors selection procedure for the BSR - Balance Sheet Review exercise.

As a result of the review of documents communicated by the applicants  and verification of compliance with the eligibility criteria, the following financial consulting and audit companies were selected as eligible:

• Ernst & Young Assurance Services SRL in association with Ernst & Young Business Advisory Solutions;
• Mazars Romania SRL;
• KPMG Audit SRL
• PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit SRL;
• Deloitte Audit SRL.

Starting the date of publication of the eligible auditors list by the ASF, each participating insurance undertaking will select an auditor from this list and will send to the ASF information about the selected auditor until September 28, 2020. The ASF will check the eligibility of the selected entities in accordance with the auditors selection procedure and will send a confirmation to the participating insurance undertakings until 5 November 2020. The contracts for employment of the selected auditors shall be concluded by 12 November 2020 at the latest.
