Decisions adopted by the Financial Supervisory Authority Board - 30.07.2019

Bucharest, July 30, 2019 - At today's meeting, the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) approved measures on the framework for the functioning of supervised non-banking financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, including:

A) Regulation

The norm regarding the application of the ESMA Guide regarding insignificant reference indices from the Regulation on reference indices (The norm will be sent, for publication, to the Official Gazette of Romania);

Instruction for amending the Instruction of the Financial Supervisory Authority no. 2/2016 on the preparation and submission of half-yearly accounting reports by entities authorized, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority - Financial Instruments and Investments Sector (The Instruction will be sent for publication to the Official Gazette of Romania).

B) Surveillance

The results of the periodic control performed at the company Asifort Broker de Asigurare S.R.L .;

The results of the unexpected control performed at the company AB Broker - Insurance Broker - Reinsurance S.R.L., as well as the withdrawal, upon request, of the company's operating authorization;

The results of the unannounced control performed at the company Fabrica de Asigurări - Broker de Asigurare S.R.L .;

The results of the periodic control performed at Aegon Pensii - Private Pension Fund Management Company S.A. as an administrator of the F.P.A.P. Vital and F.P.F. Aegon Essential.

C) Authorization

Notification of the intention of Onix Asigurări S.A. to carry out insurance activities on the basis of the freedom to provide services in the territory of the State of Cyprus;

Appointment of Mr. Virgil - Vasile Șoncutean for a new term as General Manager of Allianz - Țiriac Asigurări S.A .;

Appointment of Mr. Valentin-Remus Coroiu as a member and Chairman of the Management Board of Uniqa Asigurări de Viață S.A .;

Appointment of Ms. Popescu Păunica - Georgina as a member of the Board of Directors of Gothaer Asigurări Reasigurări S.A .;

Appointment of Mr. Petros Papanikolaou for a new term as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allianz - Țiriac Asigurări S.A .;

Appointment of Mr. Pierre - Hubert Marie Olivier Perromat for a new term as Member of the Board of Directors of Groupama Asigurări S.A .;

Appointment of Ms. Andra Mucenic as the person in charge of the internal control structure within SAI Raiffeisen Asset Management S.A .;

Withdrawal, upon request, of the operating license of the financial investment services company Intervam S.A. and deletion from the ASF Register of this quality;

Modification of the Prospectus of the private pension scheme of the Privately Administered Pension Fund Aripi administered by Generali Private Pension Funds Management Company S.A.
