Bucharest, 8th of May 2019 –At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority Board (ASF) approved measures regarding the operating framework of supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, including:
A) Regulation
Norm for the unified framework for the statutory audit at authorized entities, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (the norm will be submitted for publication to the Official Gazette of Romania).
B) Supervision
The results of the periodic inspection carried out at Maxygo Broker de Asigurare S.R.L .;
Penalty of insurance and / or reinsurance brokers that did not comply with the legal provisions regarding the submission to the Financial Supervisory Authority of the reports related to the quarter III / 2018;
The results of periodic control performed at S.S.I.F. IEBA Trust S.A .;
The results of the periodic control carried out at S.A.I. Raiffeisen Asset Management S.A.;
The results of the periodical control performed at UniCredit Bank S.A. as depository of the investment funds administered by S.A.I. Swiss Capital Asset Management S.A.
C) Authorization
Appointment of Mr. Floria Hănţila as a substitute of the General Manager of BRD Management Company of Private Pension Funds S.A .;
Withdrawal, upon request, of the operating license of the financial investment services company Eastern Securities S.A. and deletion from the A.S.F. of this quality;
Issuance of the Share Registration Certificate of shares issued by Bittnet Systems S.A. Bucharest in order to increase the share capital.
