Decisions adopted by the Financial Supervisory Authority Board - 17.04.2019

Bucharest, 17^th of April 2019 – At today's meeting, the ASF Council approved measures regarding the operating framework of supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, including:

A) Regulation

The Draft Regulation on the settlement of certain provisions regarding the provision of services and investment activities according to Law no. 126/2018 on financial instrument markets (The project will be published on www.asfromania.ro , for public consultation, for 5 days);

Norm for Modification of ASF Standard no. 7/2017 regarding the preparation and submission of individual annual financial statements of the entities in the private pension system (Norma will be submitted for publication to the Official Gazette of Romania).

B) Supervision

Results of periodic control performed at Amundi Asset Management SAI S.A.

C) Authorization

Appointment of Mr. Ioannis Kougionas for a new mandate as a member of the Board of Directors of Garanta Asigurari S.A.;

Appointment of Mr. Alecse Adrian as Executive Director of Corsig Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Appointment of Mr. Dragoş Gheorghe as a member of the Board of Directors of BCR Pensii Management Company of Private Pension Funds S.A.;

Modification of the Operating Authorization of the Company Depozitarul Central S.A. following the change in the membership of the Board of Directors;

Modification of the Constitutive Act of Uniqa Asigurări S.A. as a result of the change of registered office;

Modifications in fund documents of FDI FIX Invest, FDI Prosper Invest, Fortuna Gold FDI, and Fortuna Classic FDI managed by SAI Broker S.A.;

Modification of the Investment Policy Statement for the NN Regulated Private Pension Fund administered by NN Pensii Management Company of a Private Administered Pension Fund S.A.;

Modification of Management Contract for BCR Private Pension Fund administered by BCR Pensii Management Company of Private Pension Funds S.A.;

Modification of the Booklet of the Private Pension Scheme for BCR Private Pension Fund managed by BCR Pensii Private Pension Funds Management Company S.A.;

Modification of the Booklet of the Optional Pension Scheme for NN Optim Optional Pension Fund managed by NN Asigurări de Viaţă S.A.;

Modification of the Booklet of the Optional Pension Scheme for NN Activ Optional Pension Fund managed by NN Asigurări de Viaţă S.A.
