The decisions adopted by the Financial Supervisory Authority Board - 06.03.2019

Bucharest, March 6th, 2019 – At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Board has approved measures on the operating framework of supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, including:

A) Regulation

Instruction Draft No. 1/2019 on the Preparation and Submission of the Annual Financial Statements as at December 31st, 2018 by the Guarantee Fund of the Insured (FG).

B) Monitoring

The results of the regular review performed at Zoom Insurance Reinsurance Broker S.R.L.

C) Authorization

The appointment of Ms. Adela Jansen as a member of the Board of Directors of BRD Asigurări de Viaţă S.A.;

The appointment of Mr. Florin-Costel Isac as a member of the Board of Directors at SAI Swiss Capital Asset Management S.A.;

The appointment of Ms Kozocsa Mihaela as a member of the Board of Directors at SSIF Interdealer Capital Invest S.A.;

The appointment of Mr. Ichim Virgiliu-Pompiliu as the General Manager of Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

The equivalence of designations of insurance classes for which Garanta Asigurări S.A. has been authorized and the approval of the extension of the activity for the use of class A10 - Motor Vehicle Liability for the use of land vehicles, including carrier liability (CMR without RCA);

The extension of the object of activity of the financial investment services company Voltinvest S.A.;

The issuance of Certificates for the registration of structured products issued by SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A.;

The issuance of the Certificate of registration of the new features of VES S.A. Sighișoara, as a result of diminishing the share capital;

The amendment to the Individual Act of Accession to the Optional Pension Fund BRD Medio administered by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
