Bucharest, February 20th, 2019 – At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Board has approved measures on the operating framework of supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, including:
A) Regulation
The Regulation Draft for the conclusion of the financial year 2018 for insurance entities (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro, for 10 days, for public consultation).
B) Monitoring
The results of the periodical control performed at Agricover Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. company;
The results of the periodical control performed at SSIF Alpha Finance România S.A.
C) Authorization
The appointment of Mr. Soldan Constantin as Executive Director of Alto Broker de Asigurare Reasigurare S.R.L. company;
The withdrawal, upon request, of the operating license of Fata Asigurări S.A. company and the issuance of the prior notice for the distribution of social patrimony;
The issuance of Certificates for the registration of structured products issued by SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A.;
Amendment to the Investment Policy Statement for the Private Administered Pension Fund AZT Your Future administered by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;
Amendment to the Individual Act of Accession to the Privately-run Pension Fund AZT Your Future administered by Certinvest Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative S.A.
