Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 6 August 2025 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures regarding the functioning of supervised non-bank financial markets – insurance, capital market, and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Regulation

Regulation amending and supplementing ASF Regulation No. 3/2016 on the criteria applicable and the procedure for the prudential assessment of acquisitions and increases in holdings in entities regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority (the regulation will be sent for publication in the Official Journal of Romania);

Draft Rule amending Art. II of Financial Supervisory Authority Rule No. 14/2024 on amending and supplementing Financial Supervisory Authority Rule No. 41/2015 approving the accounting regulations on the annual individual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements of entities carrying out insurance and/or reinsurance activities, as well as amending and supplementing the annex to Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation No. 41/2015 (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days).

B)  Authorisation

Approval of the request of Societate de Administrare a Investițiilor Muntenia Invest S.A. to authorise Mr. Simionescu Adrian as a member of the company's Board of Directors;

Approval of Mr. Mirea Victor - Nicolae as general manager of Dexasig Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. and amendments to Art. 8 and 11 of the Articles of Incorporation;

Approval of Mr. Mocanu Dinu as General Manager of Direktasig Filadelfia Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Approval of the request of Franklin Templeton International Services S.a.r.l. for authorization of amendments to the Articles of Association of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund AZT Viitorul Tău, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for authorization to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund AZT Viitorul Tău, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for authorization to amend the Individual Act of Accession to the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Vivace, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for authorization to amend the Individual Act of Accession to the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Moderato, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
