Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 29 April 2025 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-banking financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Regulation

The ASF draft Regulation on the supervision of the implementation of international sanctions by entities regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days).

B) Authorisation

Approval of the request of Societate de Investiții Alternative cu Capital Privat Sparking Capital S.A. for the authorization of amendments to the company's Articles of Incorporation;

Authorisation of the change in the organization and functioning of OTP Asset Management România S.A.I. S.A., as a result of the restriction of the company's object of activity;

Approval of the share capital increase of Eazy Asigurări S.A.;

Approval of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Oxigen Insurance - Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (change of the registered office, the duration of the mandate of the director, as well as the identification data of the partners and the director);

Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of ROM Insurance Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (transfer of shares, new structure of shareholders, addition of secondary object of activity, duration of the term of office of the director, amendment of the identification data of some shareholders and amendment of some articles);

Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Forsafe Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (transfer of shares, new sole shareholder, appointment of director);

Approval of the request to amend the share capital and authorization to amend the Articles of Incorporation of BCR Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for prior authorisation to amend the Articles of Incorporation of the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital, managed by Carpathia Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request for the prior approval of the amendment of the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managd Pension Fund NN, managed by NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a Unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.
