Deciziile adoptate de Consiliul Autorității de Supraveghere Financiară

Bucharest, 23 October 2024 – During today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Regulation

Rule amending and supplementing the Regulation of the Financial Supervisory Authority no. 13/2019 on the unitary framework for carrying out statutory audits of entities authorised, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority and the draft Regulation amending the Regulation of the Financial Supervisory Authority no. 16/2014 on the revenues of the Financial Supervisory Authority (the normative acts will be submitted for publication to the Official Journal of Romania);

Draft Rule amending and supplementing the Financial Supervisory Authority's Rule no. 25/2022 on the authorisation of companies and the conduct of insurance and reinsurance activity, as well as for supplementing Article 3 of the Financial Supervisory Authority's Rule no. 26/2021 on the activity carried out on the Romanian territory by insurers from third countries through branches (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days);

Draft Regulation amending and supplementing certain rules of the Financial Supervisory Authority with regard to certain reporting by insurance and/or reinsurance companied (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days).

B) Authorisation

Approval of the authorisation of Mr. Isac Ovidiu-Lucian and Mr. Lupu Marian as executive officers of the financial investment services company Estinvest S.A. as a result of the company's alignment with the provisions of Law no. 126/2019 on the markets of financial instruments, as amended and supplemented by Emergency Ordinance no. 71/2024;

Approval of Mr. Vladimir Simunović as member of the Supervisory Board of Uniqa Asigurări S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation of Mr. Virgil-Vasile Șoncutean as a member of the Board of Directors of Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application of Sparking Capital S.A., an Alternative Investment Company with Private Capital, for the authorisation of amendments to the company's Articles of Incorporation;

Authorisation to change the organisation and functioning of the financial investment services company Blue Rock Financial Services S.A. as a result of the reduction of the share capital;

Approval of the applications of S.A.I. Erste Asset Management S.A. for the authorisation of amendments to the documents of the open-end investment funds ERSTE Balanced RON, ERSTE Bond Flexible RON, ERSTE Equity Romania, ERSTE Liquidity EUR, ERSTE Liquidity RON, ERSTE Mix Prudent EURO and ERSTE Mix Prudent RON;

Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Safe Invest România Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (amending the content of the preamble and Articles 5, 8 and 10 of the Articles of Incorporation).
