Bucharest, 12 July 2023 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:
A) Regulation
Notification to the European Supervisory Authority EBA of the intention of ASF to comply with the Guidelines on the use of customer remote onboarding solutions under Article 13(1) of Directive (EU) 2015/849;
Draft Rule amending and supplementing Rule No. 22/2016 on the authorisation for the establishment of pension companies and the authorisation for the management of privately managed pension funds (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 15 days);
Draft Rule amending and supplementing Rule No. 23/2016 on the authorisation to establish a pension company and the authorisation to manage voluntary pension funds (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 15 days).
B) Authorisation
Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Casa de Lichidări Daune - Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (transfer of shares, new sole shareholder, appointment of administrator, deletion and renumbering of an article in the Articles of Incorporation);
Approval of amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Renomia - Srba Insurance Broker S.R.L. concerning the change of the company name, the registered office and the addition of the object of activity;
Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the Individual Act of Membership in the Privately Managed Pension Fund Vital, managed by Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;
Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the Individual Act of Membership of the Privately Managed Pension Fund AZT Viitorul Tău, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
