Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) is the competent authority responsible for considering alleged infringements of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 by crowdfunding service providers.
The report on a potential alleged infringement of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, can be sent in Romanian, in written to the ASF headquarters, or online on the authority's website by accessing the following link: https://asfromania.ro/ro/c/46/consumatori and are solved according to the Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regulating the activity of solving petitions, the ASF Procedure regarding the activity of solving the complaints and the internal Regulations of the ASF.
