Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 28 September 2022 - At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Board adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

 

A) Regulation

Rule amending the Financial Supervisory Authority's Rule No 13/2018 for the application of ESMA's Guidance on stress testing scenarios under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No 1131/2017 on money market funds Money-market funds (the rule will be sent for publication to the Official Gazette).

B) Authorisation

Authorisation of Mr. Constantin Sorin George as member of the Board of Directors of SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A.;

Approval of the appointment of Mrs. Rusu Eleonora-Georgeta as Executive Manager of the company Clubul Fermierilor Români Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Authorisation of Mrs. Elke Meier as member of the Supervisory Board of BCR Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request by Franklin Templeton International S.a.r.l. for authorisation of the amendment to the Articles of Association of the Property Fund S.A.;

Approval of the amendment to the Articles of Association of German Romanian Assurance S.A. following the increase in share capital;

Approval of the request for authorization to amend the Individual Membership Deed of the Facultative Pension Fund Pensia Mea, managed by BT Pensii - Societatetate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorization to amend the Individual Membership Act of the BRD Medio Facultative Pension Fund, administered by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
