Bucharest, 1 September 2022 - The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) continues its digitalisation process and launches today the Public Consultation Platform, an IT project developed with internal resources, with the aim of streamlining the public consultation process.
The new online tool, which is available at www.asfromania.ro, integrates a number of activities that were previously carried out separately and took longer to process.
The Public Consultation Platform will facilitate the submission process for market participants, which means user-friendly validation workflow, access to proposal history and access to pdf documents. The Public Consultation Platform will also facilitate the management of large documents and provide a secure space for storing, organising, sharing and accessing information.
