Bucharest 26 August 2021 –The Financial Supervisory Authority has launched an online tool that facilitates the authorization process on the non-bank financial market.
This approach is part of the A.S.F. strategy to digitize its activity and represents an important step forward in the Authority's relationship with the entities it supervises.
The new section of the subject Authorizations, hosted on the Authority's website, provides those interested with a list comprising all documents required in the authorization process in all three markets, as well as all the regulations governing this process.
"As we promised upon taking office, we bring new, digital solutions to support both citizens and companies. A.S.F. must be an institution that works in the interest of the consumer, and this new online tool is one of the projects we have carried out in this regard", said the President of the Financial Supervision Authority, Mr. Nicu Marcu.
The A.S.F. President mentioned that, in the next period, the new online section for the authorization process will have new roles, becoming an interactive portal, where documents can be uploaded and electronic signatures can be used.
“A.S.F. transforms into a supple, modern, digital institution. The interaction between us and stakeholders must be just one click away ", concluded Mr. Nicu Marcu.
