Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 17 October 2023 - At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) Council adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Regulation

Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation of the Financial Supervisory Authority No 5/2019 on the regulation of certain provisions relating to the provision of investment services and activities under Law No 126/2018 on markets in financial instruments (the Regulation will be sent for publication to the Official Gazette of Romania).

B) Authorisation

Authorization of Mr. Amzuică Bogdan Florian as member of the Board of Directors of SSIF Share Invest S.A.;

Approval of Ms Olivera Böhm-Rybak as member of the Supervisory Board of Uniqa Asigurări S.A.;

Approval of the request of S.A.I. Globinvest S.A. to authorize the change in the organization and functioning of the company as a result of the change in the composition of the management by appointing Mr. Pastor Nicolae-Adrian as director of the company;

Approval of the request of S.A.I. Certinvest S.A. for authorisation of the Certinvest Target 2035 Alternative Investment Fund and its registration in the public register of the A.S.F. in this capacity;

Approval of S.A.I. Certinvest S.A.'s application for authorisation of the Certinvest Target 2045 Alternative Investment Fund and its registration in the public register of the A.S.F. as such;

Approval of the amendment to Article 5.1 lit. c) of the Articles of Association of Otto Broker de Asigurarança S.R.L. (addition of the secondary object of activity);

Approval of the request for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Stabil Facultative Pension Fund, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the request of BT Asset Management SAI S.A. for authorisation of the amendments to the Rules of the BT Property Alternative Investment Fund.
