Bucharest, 2 March 2022 - At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:
Draft Rule for the application of the ESMA Guidance on reporting of settlement fails under Article 7 of the CSDR (draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days);
Recommendations for insurance and reinsurance companies on critical functions.
Authorisation of Mr Dragoș Cabat as member of the Board of Directors of S.A.I. Certinvest S.A.;
Approval of Mr Krisztián Kurtisz as member-Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Uniqa Asigurări S.A.;
Approval of Mr Marian-Nicolae Ignat as Member of the Supervisory Board of Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group S.A.;
Approval of Ms Mihaela Drugă for a new mandate as Member of the Management Board of Signal Iduna Asigurare Reasigurare S.A.;
Approval of the withdrawal from trading of the shares issued by the company IFMA S.A. Bucharest and their delisting from the records of the A.S.F., in view of the completion of the shareholder withdrawal procedure pursuant to Article 44 of Law no. 24/2017 republished;
Approval of the endorsement of the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Romanian Motor Insurers' Bureau;
Approval of Țiriac Asset Holdings Limited as direct significant shareholder and Țiriac International Foundation as indirect significant shareholder in Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări S.A.;
Approval of the settlement of the notification of the intention of NN Asigurări de Viață S.A. to cease insurance activity on the basis of the freedom to provide services on the territory of Bulgaria;
Granting of the authorisation to operate as a principal intermediary - brokerage company to Inchcape Insurance Broker S.R.L.;
Approval of Amendments to the Articles of Association of Nova Insurance Broker de Asigurare-Reassurance S.R.L. (transfer of shares, sole shareholder, appointment of administrator);
Approval of the request for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Facultative Pension Fund Pensia Mea administered by BT Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative S.A.;
Approval of the request for withdrawal of the approval granting UniCredit Bank S.A. the status of depositary of the assets of privately managed pension funds.
