ANNOUNCEMENT (22.06.2022)

Notice is hereby given that Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/962 of 20 June 2022 amending Decision 2014/386/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in response to the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, extending the restrictive measures provided for in Decision 2014/386/CFSP until 23 June 2023.

ANNOUNCEMENT (20.06.2022)

We inform you about the issuance by the European Commission, on 14-16.06.2022, through Directorate General FISMA, of opinions on the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2014/833 on the implementation by central depositories, i.e. on state-owned companies, execution of past contracts, import and purchase of goods, sale of financial instruments.

ANNOUNCEMENT (06.06.2022)

On 03.06.2022, new legislation was published in the Official Journal of the European Union, aimed at imposing the sixth package of additional restrictive measures against the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus:

  • Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/876 of 3 June 2022 implementing Article 8a(1) of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in Russia's aggression against Ukraine;
  • Council Regulation (EU) 2022/877 of 3 June 2022 amending Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in Russia's aggression against Ukraine;
  • Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/878 of 3 June 2022 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures with regard to actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine;
  • Council Regulation (EU) 2022/879 of 3 June 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions to destabilise the situation in Ukraine;
  • Council Regulation (EU) 2022/880 of 3 June 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine;
