Bucharest, June 5, 2019 - The Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) decided in today's meeting to amend and complete the Regulation no. 16/2014 on the ASF's Income.
The amendments generally aim to align the tax and commission policy to the new legal provisions in the field of financial markets.
The main change concerns the decrease of the share charged by the ASF from the amount of the gross contributions collected by the administrators of private pension funds (Pillar II) referred to in letter c) of point 1 in Annex no. 2 of the Regulation, from 0,3% to 0,25%.
Regulation no. 16/2014 shall be published on the ASF's website (www.asfromania.ro), in public consultation, for a period of 10 days.
