Decisions adopted by the Financial Supervisory Authority Board - 24.07.2019

Bucharest, 24^th of July 2019 –At today's meeting, the Board of Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) approved measures regarding the operating framework of supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, including:

A)   Regulation

The Norm for the Implementation of the Accounting Reporting System on 30^th of June 2019 of the Entities from insurance field (the Norm will be submitted for publication to the Official Gazette of Romania).

B)   Supervision

The results of the periodical control carried out at Central Depository S.A.;

The results of the periodic inspection carried out at SSIF Finaco Securities S.A.

C)   Authorization

Appointment of Mr. Werner Matula for a new mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Romanian Insurance Company - Asirom Vienna Insurance Group S.A.;

Appointment of Mr. Hans-Uwe Herbert Müller as a member of the Supervisory Board of Uniqa Asigurări S.A.;

Appointment of Mr. Ion-Mincu Rădulescu for a new mandate as a member of the Board of Directors of German Romanian Assurance S.A.;

Appointment of Mr. Tudor-Mircea Moldovan as a member of the Supervisory Board of Generali Societatea de Administrare a Pensiilor Private S.A.;

The amendment made in the Articles of Incorporation of SIF Banat-Crişana S.A.;

Amending the Organization and Functioning Regulations of NN Asigurări de Viaţă S.A.;

Amendment in the Management Contract for the Metropolitan Life Private Fund administered by Metropolitan Life Management Company of a Private Administered Pension Fund S.A.;

Amendment in the Prospectus of the Private Pension Scheme for the Metropolitan Life Private Fund administered by Metropolitan Life Management Company of a Private Administered Pension Fund S.A.
