Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 10 July 2024 – During today’s meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-banking financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Authorisation

Approval of the application of OTP Asset Management România S.A.I. S.A. for the authorization of Mr. Dragoș-Gabriel Manolescu as member of the company’s Board of Directors, following his appointment for a new term of office;

Approval of the application of Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A. to authorise Mr. Vasile-Cosmin Turcu and Mr. Horia-Cătălin Bozgan as members of the Supervisory Board of the company following their appointment for a new term of office;

Approval of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of ASKO Assekuranz Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (increase of the share capital by subscription of new shares and new structure of the shareholders);

Approval of the prospectus prepared for the admission to trading on the regulated market administered by BVB of the shares issued by Simtel Team S.A. Bucharest;

Approval of the application for authorization to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Aripi, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Aripi, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Voluntary Pension Fund Stabil, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for final authorisation to amend the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund Stabil, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
