Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 30 May 2024 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Authorisation

Approval of the appointment of Ms. Liliana Anghel as member of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Guarantee Fund;

Approval of Mrs Andreea Voinea as member of the Supervisory Board of BCR Asigurări de Viață Vienna Insurance Group S.A.;  

Approval of Mr Mihai-Ciprian Osiac as general manager of ABC Insurance S.A.;

Approval of the application of Amundi Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. for:

- the authorisation of the change in the organisation and functioning of the company as a result of the change in the composition of the Board of Directors through the appointment of Ms Antoaneta Curteanu as a member of the Board of Directors of the company;

-  the authorisation of Mr Florin Dolea as a member of the Board of Directors following his appointment for a new mandate.

Approval of the application of the Investment Management Company Patria Asset Management S.A. to authorize Mrs. Iliescu Daniela-Elena as member of the Board of Directors following her appointment for a new mandate;

Approval of the application of the financial investment services company Interfinbrok Corporation S.A. to authorize Ms. Băbău Gabriela Ecaterina as a General Manager, following the granting of a new mandate in this position;

Approval of the application of the financial investment services company Goldring S.A. to authorize the change in the organization and functioning of the company as a result of the increase in share capital;

Approval of the application of the investment management company Muntenia Invest S.A. for the authorization of the amendments to the rules of Fondul de investiții alternative cu capital privat Muntenia Trust;

Approval of the prospectus for increasing the share capital of Arobs Transilvania Software S.A.;

Approval of the withdrawal from trading of the shares issued by Selca S.A. Pitești and delisting from the ASF records, in view of the completion of the shareholder withdrawal procedure pursuant to Article 44 of Law no. 24/2017 republished, as amended.
