Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 30 August 2023 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Authorisation

Approval of Mrs Alina-Ioana Burlă as member of the Board of Directors of the Policyholder Guarantee Fund;

Approval of Mrs Luminița-Mariana Bîlteanu as member of the Board of Directors of ABC Asigurări Reasigurări S.A.;

Approval of Mr Marius-Ioan Pantea as member of the Board of Directors of ABC Asigurări Reasigurări S.A.;

Approval of Mr Sotirios Sofopoulos for a new mandate as member of the Board of Directors of Garanta Asigurări S.A.;

Approval of Mr Cerneștean Dacian - Liviu as Executive Officer of LEA Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Approval of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of LEA Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. (new director);

Approval of the application for authorisation of Fagura Finance S.R.L. as a provider of equity financing services;

Approval of the application of OTP Asset Management Romania S.A.I. S.A. for authorisation of changes in the documents of the managed open-ended investment funds;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the management contract for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Moderato, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for prior approval of the amendment of the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Moderato, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the management contract for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Vivace, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for prior approval of the amendment of the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund AZT Vivace, managed by Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund Aegon Esențial, managed by Aegon Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
