Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 19 July 2023 - At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Council adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Authorisation

Approval of the application of Amundi Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. to authorize the change in the organization and functioning of the company as a result of the change in the composition of the management through the appointment of Mrs Toma Lăcrămioara-Oana as manager of the company;

Approval of the application of Societate de Administrare a Investițiilor SIRA S.A. for the authorization of Mrs Mariana-Tania Mălureanu as manager of the company;

Approval of the application for authorisation of Mr Kuldeep Kaushik as a member of the Board of Directors of NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.;

Approval of the application of Societate de Administrare a Investițiilor SIRA S.A. to authorise the changes to the rules of the Alternative Investment Funds Omnitrend and Omnihedge;

Approval of the EU prospectus for the increase of the share capital of Perseus Fintech S.A. Bucharest;

Approval of the share capital increase of Grawe Romania Asigurare S.A.;

Approval of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Vertical Assurance - Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. concerning the addition of the object of activity;

Approval of the application for endorsement of the amendment of the Management Contract for the Voluntary Pension Fund BRD Medio, managed by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for prior approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund BRD Medio, managed by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Custody Agreement for the assets of the Voluntary Pension Fund BRD Medio, managed by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Individual Membership Act of the Privately Managed Pension Fund BRD, managed by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Individual Membership Act of the Privately Managed Pension Fund Aripi, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund NN, managed by NN Pensii Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Voluntary Pension Fund NN Optim, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the application for authorisation to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Voluntary Pension Fund NN Activ managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.
