Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 20 June 2023 – During today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows

A)  Authorisation

Approval of Ms. Avram Ioana Valeria as manager of S.A.I. Swiss Capital Asset Management S.A.;

Approval/authorisation of Mr. Kuldeep Kaushik as member of the Board of Directors of NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the Chief Executive Officer and the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Brussels Broker de Asigurare S.R.L. regarding the appointment of the administrator;

Approval of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Freya Insur Broker de Asigurare - Reasigurare S.R.L. (increase of the share capital by co-opting a new insignificant shareholder, amendment of the shareholder structure, appointment of the administrator, completion of the secondary object of activity);

Approval of the General Manager of Teaha Asigurări - Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Approval of the Base Prospectus for the Structured Products Issuance Program of SSIF BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj Napoca and issuance of the Certificate attesting the approval of the Base Prospectus for its notification to ESMA and to the competent authorities of Austria, Hungary and Poland.

Approval of the proposals to amend and supplement the Central Depository Code approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Central Depository on 09.03.2023, with subsequent amendments and additions;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Management Contract for the Voluntary Pension Fund Pensia Mea, managed by BT Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative S.A.;

Approval of the request for prior approval of the amendment of the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund Pensia Mea, managed by BT Pensii - Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative S.A.
