Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 7 September 2022 – During today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority has adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Regulation

Regulation amending and supplementing ASF’s Regulation No. 16/2014 on the revenues of the Financial Supervisory Authority (the Regulation will be sent for publication to the Official Gazette of Romania);

The draft Regulation on the authorization of companies and the conduct of insurance and reinsurance activity (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days).

B)  Authorisation

Approval of Mr. Laurent Claude Jean Dunet as member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of BRD Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of Ms. Roxana-Michaela Mircea as member of the Board of Directors of Allianz-Tiriac Asigurări S.A.;

Approval of Mr. Ionuț Adrian Răchitan as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ergo Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of Ms. Daniela Elena Pene for a new mandate as member of the Board of Directors of Generali Romania Asigurare Reasigurare S.A.;

Authorization of Mr. Paul Dan-Viorel as manager of SSIF Finaco Securities S.A., following the alignment of the company with the provisions of Article II of ASF’s Regulation No. 20/2021 amending and supplementing ASF’s Regulation No. 1/2019;

Approval of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Mercedes-Benz Insurance Broker S.R.L. (appointment as director, change of registered office and update of name of significant direct shareholder);

Approval of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Exe Premium Broker de Asigurare-Reasigurare S.R.L. (appointment of director);

Approval of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Consultant A.A. - Broker de Asigurare-Reasigurare S.R.L. concerning the supplementation of the object of activity;

Approval of the simplified prospectus for the share capital increase of OMV Petrom S.A. București;

Approval of the application regarding the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund “Aripi”, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application regarding the final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund “NN Optim”, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the application regarding the final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund “NN Activ”, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the application regarding the final approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund “BCR Plus”, managed by BCR Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
