B. Other income

In addition to the monthly salary, other income may be granted as follows:

  • Holiday bonus - 100% of the gross monthly salary and/or gross monthly allowance of the month preceding the grant, within the limit of the budgetary provisions allocated for this purpose.

The holiday bonus is not granted, as provided for in Article 1(1). (9) of the O.U.G. no. 8/2009 on the granting of holiday vouchers, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 94/2014, with subsequent amendments and additions.

  • Other financial entitlements of up to 2 gross monthly salaries or gross monthly allowances.

 

II. Non-executive management

A. Monthly income

The non-executive members of the A.S.F. Council, Jozsef Birtalan, Ioan Gheorghe Țară, Aura Gabriela Socol and Ovidiu Răzvan Wlassopol, receive a net monthly allowance as member of the A.S.F. Council, amounting to 18,379 lei.

They can also receive other income according to the law.

B. Other income

Non-executive members shall receive the income referred to in point (a). I lit. B, with the exception of the holiday bonus.

 

III. Employees

A. Monthly income

Employees of the A.S.F. are entitled to the rights provided for in point. I. lit. B, holiday vouchers (according to Art. 1 para. (2) of O.U.G. no. 8/2009) and meal vouchers.

Meal vouchers are not granted, according to the provisions of Article III of O.U.G. no. 130/2021 on some fiscal-budgetary measures, extension of some deadlines, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

In the event of termination of the individual employment contract, provided for in Article 55 letter b) of Law no. 53/2003 on the Labour Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, the employees of the A.S.F. with a minimum of 3 years of seniority within the A.S.F. shall benefit, under the law, from a compensation in the amount of 3 gross basic monthly salaries earned in the month preceding the termination of employment, in addition to the rights due to date.

With the exception of the salary/allowance, the other rights of a salary nature are of a general nature and are granted within the limits of the provisions of the regulations applicable at the time they are granted and within the limits of the budgetary provisions allocated for this purpose.

In addition to the revenue listed in point I, point (a), the following shall be paid B, A.S.F. staff may receive, on an annual basis, a performance bonus of up to one gross monthly salary/monthly allowance, depending on the results obtained following the assessment of professional performance and within the limits of the budgetary provisions allocated for this purpose.
