Bucharest, 17 May 2021 - The Financial Supervision Authority releases the Green Paper of the Academic Fin Hub, a document that brings together ideas and principles which represent bridges between the academic community and the business environment, which aim to adjust the needs of the labor market to the educational offer.
The document was drafted following an online meeting, organized by the FSA, between high-level representatives of academia and non-banking financial markets.
The topics discussed during the meeting focused on strategic and operational matters regarding the educational offer of the academia, the gap between supply and demand for human capital made by employers, actions taken by universities and employers to reduce the existing gap, and future cooperation directions.
The suggestions of this document aim to shape and develop the future of young students and thereby contribute to the development and stability of the financial market.
Strengthening the partnership between universities and employers, and identifying real solutions so as to adjust the academia supply to the demand for human resources, made by the entrepreneurial and corporate environment, are strategic pillars for building a prosperous and educated Romania.
The Green Paper of the Academic Fin Hub is available here (in the Romanian language)
