To submit a PETITION via the online form to the Financial Supervisory Authority, please use the following link: https://portal.asfromania.ro/portal_ext/login.xhtml

After creating your account on the Financial Supervisory Authority website, you will use your username and password to log in and create your petition. This will allow you to submit your petition quickly and it will be registered automatically. The registration number of the petition will be automatically displayed on your monitor screen when the petition is submitted.

If you choose to submit a PETITION to the Financial Supervisory Authority via electronic mail (e-mail) we inform you that you agree to the use and processing of your personal data and that these data correspond to reality.

At the same time, you have taken note of the Information on the protection of personal data within the ASF, published on the website of the ASF (HERE) on the application of Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Requests submitted to the Authority by representatives of the media are handled and processed in accordance with the law by the Communication and Interinstitutional Relations Service of the Communication and Financial Education Directorate. They can be sent to comunicare@asfromania.ro .

After submitting your request you will receive a confirmation with your allocated registration number and details of your hearing appointment. Please note that each person can only benefit from one hearing on the same subject.

The hearings will take place at the ASF headquarters in Splaiul Independenței no. 15, sector 5, Bucharest, Monday-Friday, between 9.00-14.00. The maximum duration of a hearing is 30 minutes.

Requests for hearings that exceed the ASF's powers and competences will not be approved, nor will those that concern matters that are the subject of cases pending before the courts or on which the competent court has rendered a final judgment.
