Decisions adopted by the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority - 7 aprilie 2021

Bucharest, April 7, 2021 - During today's meeting, the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority (A.S.F.) approved measures on the functioning of supervised non-banking financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A) Surveillance

Withdrawal, upon request, of the operating authorization of the brokerage company Asifort Insurance Broker S.R.L., as well as its deregistration from Section I of the Register of main intermediaries.

B) Authorization

Authorization of Messrs. Ciobanu George, Săndiță Adrian Victor and Dobre Dorin as members of the Board of Directors of SSIF Share Invest S.A .;

Approval of Mr. Valentin-Remus Coroiu as a member - vice-president of the Management Board at Uniqa Asigurări S.A .;

Approval of Mr. Moldovan Tudor-Mircea for a new term as a member of the Supervisory Board of Generali Romania Asigurare Reasigurare S.A .;

Approval of Mrs. Chirilă Ileana - Maria as Executive Manager of Trust Brokers Insurance Broker S.R.L .;

Authorization of changes in the documents of the Star Focus and Star Next open-end investment funds managed by SAI Star Asset Management S.A .;

Authorization of the changes in the documents of the Amundi Integro and Amundi Stabilo open-end investment funds managed by Amundi Asset Management S.A.I. TO.;

Approval of the amendment of the Articles of Association of NN Asigurări S.A., as a result of the increase of the share capital;

Approval of the modification of the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Administered Pension Fund Aripi administered by Generali Private Pension Fund Management Company S.A .;

Authorization to amend the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Wing administered by Generali Private Pension Fund Management Company S.A .;

Approval of the amendment of the Individual Act of Accession to the Privately Administered Pension Fund NN administered by NN Pensii Company for the Administration of a Privately Administered Pension Fund S.A .;

Withdrawal of the opinion of Garanti Bank S.A. as a private pension intermediary for carrying out the marketing activity of the privately administered pension fund, respectively of the approval as a private pension intermediary for carrying out the marketing activity of the voluntary pension fund.
