Decisions adopted by the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority - 06.05.2020

Bucharest, May 6th, 2020 – During the meeting held today, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (Ro. ASF) has approved measures regarding the operational framework of the supervised financial non-banking markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, among which:

A)  Regulation

The instruction regarding the manner of sending the reports and other documents in electronic format to the Financial Supervisory Authority (the instruction will be sent, for publication, to the Official Gazette of Romania);

The rule regarding the activity of storage and custody of the assets of the occupational pension funds and of the amendment of some norms of the Financial Supervision Authority (the rule will be sent, for publication, to the Official Gazette of Romania)

B)  Monitoring

Sanctioning the brokerage companies that have not complied with the legal provisions regarding the transmission of periodical reports to the Financial Supervisory Authority.

C)  Authorization

The amendments that have occurred in the documents of the Piscator Equity Plus Open-End Investment Fund, managed by SAI Atlas Asset Management SA; 

The issuance of the Certificate of Registration of the augmentation of the share capital of the company Selca SA Pitești; 

The issuance of the Certificate of Registration of the augmentation of the share capital of the company Simbeton SA Oradea; 

Approval of the prospectus prepared for the admission to trading on the regulated market administered by the BSE (Ro. BVB) of the bonds issued by Raiffeisen Bank SA Bucharest and the issuance of the Certificate of Registration of the bonds issued; 

Amendment of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of NN Pensions Company managed by a Management Company of a Privately Administered Pension Fund.
