Bucharest, January 9, 2024 - At today's meeting, the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Council adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:
A) Authorisation
Approval of the request of S.A.I. Swiss Capital Asset Management S.A. to authorize the change in the organization and functioning of the company following the change in the composition of the Board of Directors by appointing Mr. Robert-Iulian Dănilă as a member of the Board of Directors of the company;
Approval of the request of Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A. to authorize the modification of the significant conditions following the appointment of Mr. Mihai Buliga as member of the Board of Directors of the company;
Approval of Mrs Felicia-Victoria Popovici as Director of S.A.I. Raiffeisen Asset Management S.A.;
Approval of the request of the Investment Management Company Sira S.A. to authorize Mr. George-Mircea Matei in the key position of Compliance Officer;
Approval of the acquisition project presented by Electromontaj S.A. and Blue Capital S.A. for the acquisition of qualified shareholdings in ABC Asigurări Reasigurări S.A., as well as approval of the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of ABC Asigurări Reasigurări S.A. following the increase in share capital;
Approval of the amendment of the Investor Compensation Fund Statute;
Approval of the request of Nova Vision Investments AFIA S.A. for the withdrawal of the operating authorization of the Nova Protect Fund alternative investment fund and its removal from the public register of the A.S.F.;
Approval of the keys for the allocation of assets and liabilities, income and expenses that cannot be directly allocated to the general insurance activity and to the life insurance activity of Groupama Asigurări S.A.;
Approval of the request for approval of the amendment of the private pension scheme prospectus for the Aripi Private Pension Fund, managed by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;
Approval of the application for approval of the amendment of the Individual Membership Act for the Aripi Private Pension Fund, administered by Generali Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
