Press briefieng: Students and schoolchildren from Iasi, invited to the "White Night of Universities

Bucharest, 2 November 2023 – The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) and the University ”Alexandru Ioan Cuza" (UAIC) of Iasi are organizing today the ”White Night of Universities”, a unique event in Romania, where pupils and students can enjoy edutainment, networking, coaching and mentoring, as well as meetings with personalities from academia and business.

Now in its second edition, the event takes place from 17:30 to 23:00, at the University ”Alexandru Ioan Cuza” of Iasi, building A, and includes a series of edutainment activities of financial education, personal development trainings, career development opportunities in the financial field, networking, coaching and mentoring. The ”White Night of Universities” will also feature several competitions and meetings with leading figures from academia and business, as well as professionals from different fields.

All these activities take place simultaneously, in different rooms and auditoriums, and participants have the opportunity to take part in this varied programme that gives them the opportunity to gain knowledge useful for their personal and professional development. Participation in the event is free of charge and does not require prior registration. It is open to all students of Iasi universities, as well as to 11^th and 12^th grade pupils from Iasi high schools.
